Product Details

The Zoeller Model 53 is a compact, submersible pump designed for water transfer, sump, effluent and dewatering applications in residential and light commercial settings. Its durable cast iron motor and pump housing, corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish and oil-filled motor support dependable operation while helping dissipate motor heat. A non-clogging vortex impeller passes up to 12 mm spherical solids, helping provide consistent pumping in demanding installations.

For international markets, these pumps are available in 220V, single-phase, 50 Hz or 60 Hz configurations with an E/F plug. Motor speed (RPM) and power cord length may vary by country and regional electrical requirements. Models are offered in both automatic (not recommended for septic effluent applications) and nonautomatic configurations, making it important to verify your local electrical specifications before selecting a pump.

All models feature a 1-1/2″ NPT discharge connection, are backed by a 3-year limited warranty, and are 100% factory tested prior to shipment to ensure reliable performance. Select models are also available with a cast iron base for added durability in demanding applications.
