The Model 222 submersible sewage pump is designed for residential septic systems, factory wastewater, livestock wastewater, general wastewater, and wastewater containing solids. Its non-clogging vortex impeller passes spherical solids up to 2 in. (50 mm), while the 2 in. NPT or BSPT discharge supports common sewage-pumping installations. The pump is intended for indoor use only and can handle water temperatures up to 104 °F (40 °C).

An oil-filled motor promotes heat dissipation, while thermal overload protection and a rugged cast iron motor housing support dependable operation. Engineered thermoplastic and stainless steel components improve corrosion resistance, and an integral vent hole helps prevent air lock. Automatic and nonautomatic configurations are available, depending on the specific country and item number. Every Model 222 pump is 100% factory tested.
